❚ Cancellation policy:

If under any circumstances, if you can no longer attend ACCC9, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the ACCC9 Organizer (mail to: accc9.2024@gmail.com).
The ACCC9 refund policy is as follows

Up to 20 Dec 2023: 70% refund
From 21 Dec 2023 - 15 Jan 24: 50% refund
From 16 Jan 2024: No refunds
